Days and hours below are subject to change. In the event of inclement weather, the Student Recreation Center will close outside facilities. If you'd like to confirm facility availability before arrival, call the welcome desk at 936.468.8400.

  • Nov. 25 to 28 [Facilities closed] — Thanksgiving break
  • December and January [modified hours] — Winter break
  • March 13 to 19  [modified hours] — Spring break
  • March 20 and 21 [modified hours] — Easter weekend
  • May 14 to 16 [modified hours] — Commencement days

Family hours

Student Recreation Center family hours are designated to welcome sponsored dependents 16 years of age and younger in the facility, including the courtyard and outdoor pool. General access restrictions do apply.

  • 3 p.m. Friday through 7 p.m. Sunday during regular Fall and Spring semesters
  • All hours during SFA student holidays
  • All hours during Summer semesters
