The conferral date for all spring 2024 graduates is May 11, 2024. This may differ from the student's commencement ceremony date. For more information view key terms to know.

| April 1 5 p.m. No exceptions | All candidates for graduation: Last day to complete the "Confirm Graduation Details" form. Not planning to attend commencement? Be sure to let us know on your form. If you've already applied to graduate, check your student email for instructions on accessing and completing the form (sender: graduation@sfasu.edu). |
| April 7 11:59 p.m. | Last day to order your official SFA commencement regalia and have it shipped to your home. View details about purchasing your regalia. |
| April 29 - May 6 | Candidates who reserved commencement ceremony tickets for their guests will receive the tickets via their mySFA email. |
| May 8 & 9 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. | Still need your cap and gown? Balfour representatives on campus at the Pearman Alumni Center for you to purchase your official SFA commencement regalia. |

| June 1 | Last day to email graduation@sfasu.edu regarding any diploma mailing address changes. Include your name and campus ID number. |
| Date TBA | "Hold for Degree" transcripts for spring 2024 graduates begin being processed. |
| June 11 | Final deadline for all outstanding items for spring 2024 graduation to be resolved (transferred courses, withheld grades, etc.) |
| Date TBA | Diploma pickup days Diplomas for spring 2024 graduates will be available for pick up 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday in the Office of the Registrar, located on the second floor of the Rusk Building. One week prior, graduates will receive an email via their mySFA account confirming diploma pickup dates, times and location. |

| Date TBA | Diploma tracking numbers will be available. If you have not received your diploma by this date, email graduation@sfasu.edu to request a tracking number. Include your campus ID number. |
