Data Literacy is a primary initiative of SFA Data Governance which focuses on topics such as enrichment, training, ethics, and promoting best data practices and uses. The Data Literacy Focus Group facilitates efforts and engages internal and external constituents as needed to ensure a successful SFA data literacy program.

Morgan serves in a professional supervisory role providing high-level leadership for strategic initiatives that advance student success and institutional priorities. She directs complex, cross-functional projects aligned with the university’s strategic plan, ensuring measurable outcomes and long-term impact. In addition, she oversees institution-wide continuous improvement, innovation, and planning initiatives through the Office of Strategic Analytics and Institutional Research, encompassing institutional research, accountability, and reporting.
