The Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences in organizational leadership is an innovative, interdisciplinary online program specifically designed to meet the needs of eligible working adults in local areas. The identified skills our courses target include:

Program Specifications
Eligibility
Students eligible for the completer program include those who:
- have earned all or a substantial portion of an associate degree that included technical credit
- have been out of school for a number of years and have developed vocational-technical competencies equivalent to a community college program
- or are veterans or currently serve in the military and have acquired specialized training as part of their service.
Completion Requirements
- 42 hours of core curriculum courses
- six hours of collateral courses (three hours of computer science and three hours of technical writing)
- 36 to 48 hours from a specific occupational area (documentation required)
- 27 hours from organizational leadership courses
- electives of your choosing to total 120 semester hours
