SFA, Kilgore College team up to streamline transfer process


NACOGDOCHES, Texas –– Stephen F. Austin State University has added a fourth partner — Kilgore College — to its recently launched Lumberjack Transfer Alliance. Because of this alliance, Kilgore College students who are ready to transfer to a four-year university will benefit from guaranteed admission, scholarships and enhanced services at SFA.

NACOGDOCHES, Texas –– Stephen F. Austin State University’s Fraternity and Sorority Life raised $11,770.88 to donate to their shared philanthropy, Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, during Greek Week, an annual weeklong series of competitions.

"We’re proud not only of the friendly competition but of the heart our community showed this year," said Dr. Lacey Folsom, director of Student Engagement. "Raising over $11,000 for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals shows the power of our students when they come together for a cause greater than themselves."
