- April 29: Program Models (Part 2)
- Representatives from Absolute Internship and EF Tours will share a brief overview of their programs. OIP will then provide a deeper look into the International Student Exchange Program with more detailed information.
- May 13: ViaTRM and academic approvals
- Learn how to navigate ViaTRM, the Study Abroad platform, and understand the advisor’s role in course credit equivalency and approval.
- June 3: Funding and Financial Aid
- Overview of payment model for faculty-led programs, study abroad scholarships and the Financial Aid for Study Abroad form.
- TBD – Pre-Departure and Post-Return Advising
- Strategies for preparing students academically for their time abroad and supporting them in integrating their international experience into resumes and academic pathways upon return.
- TBD – Study Abroad Conversations
- Question and answer session with study abroad alumni and faculty leaders.
