You'll complete an 18-hour concentration specifically tailored to higher education leadership. Earning an Educational Leadership, EdD with a concentration in higher education leadership serves as a pathway to roles such as a college or university administrator (non-academic), educational leadership faculty member or institutional/agency researcher.

Making an impact and creating change

A Doctor of Education in educational leadership with a concentration in higher education leadership prepares you to move beyond the classroom and into strategic, systemic roles where you can influence institutional success and student outcomes. By developing skills in leadership theory, educational research, and organizational change, you position yourself to drive innovation in a variety of complex environments.
