This degree focuses on studying critical areas of the workforce: labor law and strategic management. Topics include:

You'll choose an advanced elective from options like organizational behavior, supervisory management, labor economics or conflict resolution. You also will complete a development course focused on training or human resource development.

Priority deadlines
SFA has rolling admissions. That means you can apply to the university anytime. Although, applying early has financial and housing benefits. Make sure to check with your specific department! Some programs need extra paperwork by a certain date to consider you for the upcoming semester.
