This one-and-only fundraiser each fall is hosted by the SFA Charter School PTO and we're proud to offer exercise as the focus of our fundraising campaign. Students collect financial donations and corporate sponsorships and then walk laps with their classmates and teachers to cap off the event.

Donations allow PTO, a nonprofit group, to pay for:

• the school's learning trip transportation
• tickets to SFA's Children's Performing Arts Series shows
• school T-shirts
• teacher appreciation
• family gatherings
• and many other events that promote a sense of community among our students and staff.

Help us get sponsors

Students are encouraged to seek out at least one local business for a corporate sponsorship.

• Sponsors may donate online.
• They also may write a check payable to Charter PTO, but make sure to submit a completed sponsor form.
• We offer several public acknowledgments for sponsorships, which can be considered an advertising expense, and donations are tax deductible.

Donations from family and friends

Online donations or checks payable to Charter PTO of any amount from family and friends are a great way to help support. Every dollar adds up and we need full participation to make this the best Walkathon year ever! Sharing this through social media is a great way to reach family and friends. We ask that students do not go door to door to strangers.
