- Dec. 11-12 — On 12-11-2025, UT officers were dispatched to Lumberjack Village in reference to a noise disturbance. Officers went to the residence and contacted the occupants who were found to be under the age of twenty-one and in possession of alcohol. The alcoholic beverages were disposed of and the occupants will be referred to Student Conduct.
- Dec. 10-11 — On 12-10-2025, a UT officer was conducting a traffic stop on Griffith Blvd. when an unknown male entered into the scene and approached the violators vehicle. The unknown male was told to leave the area by the officer but would not comply to verbal commands. As the officer approached the male to detain him the male fled from the scene on a motorized scooter. The officer pursued the male on foot but was unable to apprehend him. There is one suspect.

- On 12-6-2025 an officer was dispatched to the Lumberjack Village parking garage in reference to hit and run. The complainant advised between 12-5-2025 and 12-6-2025 her vehicle was damaged in the Lumberjack Village parking garage. There are no suspects.
- On 12-6-2025 an officer initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle on North University drive for a traffic violation. A probable cause search was conducted on the vehicle and the driver was found to be in possession of marijuana and a controlled substance. The subject was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance, and transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail without incident. There is one suspect.
- On 12-7-2025 an officer was dispatched to the Lumberjack Village parking garage in reference to burglary of a motor vehicle. The complainant advised between 12-6-2025 and 12-7-2025 items were stolen from her unsecure vehicle in the Lumberjack Village parking garage. There are no suspects.
- On 12-7-2025 an officer was dispatched to Griffith Hall in reference to a drug compliant. The officer contacted a subject inside a residence and discovered him in possession of marijuana. The subject was issued a summons for possession of marijuana. There is one suspect.
