- Deadline for all committee members to have signed the meeting request form.
Nov. 26, 2025
- Last day to defend thesis/dissertation or take comprehensive exam.
  - Note: This is the week of Thanksgiving.
Dec. 1, 2025
- Deadline for InfoReady PCOE Application for Thesis/Dissertation Defense & Manuscript Review to be signed by all committee members.
Dec. 10, 2025
- Deadline for Unit Head and Dean’s approval signature on PCOE Application for Thesis/Dissertation Defense & Manuscript Review.
- Comp exam reports (paperwork only) must be submitted. If your comp exam is your thesis defense, it must be scheduled and completed by the defense deadlines.

Nov. 10, 2025

- Last day to propose thesis/dissertation.
