March 28, 2025
- Deadline for all committee members to have signed the meeting request form and have access to the final thesis/dissertation prior to the meeting. (Thesis/Dissertation Defense Meeting Request Form)
- Thesis/dissertation final drafts must be submitted electronically with the "Thesis/Dissertation Defense Meeting Request Form" attached.
April 11, 2025
- Last day to defend thesis/dissertation or take comprehensive exam.
April 25, 2025
- Deadline for approved final thesis/dissertation and signed by all committee members. (Thesis/Dissertation Report of Exam)
May 8, 2025
- Deadline for approved final thesis/dissertation to be signed by the Dean.
- Comp exam reports (paperwork only) must be submitted. If your comp exam is your thesis defense, it must be scheduled and completed by the defense deadlines.
- Fully-signed/approved defenses must be submitted electronically.
