The Department of Biology is hosting the second seminar of their fall series with guest speaker Dr. Mardelle Atkins.
Atkins is an Associate Professor of Cellular Biology and Genetics at the Department of Biological Sciences, Sam Houston State University. Their research is centered in fruit flies as a model system to study questions related to developmental biology and cancer biology.
