First Generation Workshop

On behalf of the Office of Multicultural Affairs (OMA) , we will be hosting a pre-workshop for incoming freshman who will be first-generation college students.

Being a first-generation college student may come with a lot of pressure and responsibility but by furthering your education many new doors of opportunity will open up for you.

Available dates (corresponds with reserved Orientation date) : June 15, June 22, June 29, July 20 and July 27 with check in starting at 8:45am in front of Tiered Classroom on the 2nd floor of the Baker Pattillo Student Center.

Also, by attending, you will be entered into a drawing to win a $250 book textbook scholarship from the Student Success Center! (one given out per session)
