Mission
To create a culture, institution, and infastructure that is inclusive of caregivers by accommodating, supporting and benefiting from their unique experiences.

Earning a degree and navigating a professional career can be difficult, especially while rearing a child at the same time. One of our goals at SFA is to provide an inclusive, accommodating and supportive learning and working environment for both students and employees with children. With this goal in mind, we have compiled a growing list of campus resources for employee and student parents.
