Commencement Map and Layout

Entrance to the Johnson Coliseum on East College St.

Guests: Upon entering the Johnson Coliseum, you're encouraged to visit the welcome table and pick up a commencement program before proceeding to your seats. Guests needing accommodations should visit the Disability Services table at section 123. Section numbers are attached to the railings.

Candidates: Follow the directions on the floor signs to pick up your name card. Commencement programs are placed on candidate seats prior to ceremony.

The name card table is located in the back left (southeast) corner of the Johnson Coliseum. The lines are separated by the first letter of the candidate's last name.

Disability Services will have a table near the front entrance at section 123. Once you enter the facility, turn left along the concourse and visit their table for assistance.

The four-sided jumbotron will display captions below the video and a sign language interpreter will be present on the platform during the commencement ceremony. 

Floor seating is reserved for faculty members and candidates. Approximately 15 minutes before ceremony start time, a commencement coordinator will provide academic procession instructions and candidates will be escorted to the proper seating on the coliseum floor.
