Richard Herzog, PhD

Dr. Richard J. Herzog is the director of SFA’s Master of Public Administration program and the co-director of SFA’s Texas Certified Public Manager program. His research and teaching interests include public personnel administration, public budgeting and financial management. Dr. Herzog earned his Bachelor of Science in communication from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, and he holds a Master of Public Administration and a Ph.D. in political science from the University of New Orleans.
