This agricultural engineering technology concentration focuses on the mechanical side of agriculture. You'll explore everything from heavy machinery to complex structures and environmental control systems.
Your professional path
You will graduate ready to manage, design, fabricate and sell various agricultural systems. This degree prepares you for a wide range of technology and engineering-focused careers, including opportunities in machinery design, soil and water conservation, equipment sales and farm management.
Hands-on experience

Priority deadlines
SFA has rolling admissions. That means you can apply to the university anytime. Although, applying early has financial and housing benefits. Make sure to check with your specific department! Some programs need extra paperwork by a certain date to consider you for the upcoming semester.
