Deepen your skills in a chosen concentration, develop your artistic voice and build the credentials to teach at the junior college level or continue toward an MFA. The Master of Arts in studio art gives you the tools to succeed. You’ll immerse yourself in a collaborative environment that fosters technical mastery and conceptual growth.

Master your craft

Tailor your experience by selecting a concentration that fits your goals. Our program supports a wide range of artistic disciplines, including animation, ceramics, drawing, filmmaking, graphic design, art metals/jewelry, painting, photography, printmaking and sculpture. You’ll work closely with dedicated faculty to build a professional-grade portfolio.
