This concentration is offered within the Bachelor of Science in aviation program.

Control the air

The aviation management concentration prepares you to manage the complex systems that keep global air transportation running. It focuses on the business, operational and regulatory sides of the industry.

Essentially, while pilots fly the aircraft, aviation management professionals ensure that the aircraft can fly, that they have a safe place to land, and that the business of aviation remains profitable and compliant with international standards.

Your studies will move beyond the cockpit to focus on the business and logistical backbone of aviation. You can expect to gain a comprehensive background in aviation operations, safety, emergency management and core business principles.
