Overview

Math unlocks your future

Do you see math everywhere you look? It is everywhere! Math is the language of innovation, discovery and logical problem-solving. Your studies here move math from the whiteboard into the real world. As a mathematics student, you'll work on research that tackles complex problems and network with peers and experts. Participation in professional conferences will also sharpen your skills.

Your math path

Choose how to focus your energy. You may select the path without a specific concentration, just pair your degree with a minor. This combination allows you to blend your passion for numbers with another field.

There also are concentrations available in actuarial studies, data science or becoming a future math teacher for grades 7-12.

If you seek a career as a math teacher for grades 4-8, consider the Bachelor of Science in mathematics for teaching middle grades.
