Empower your health journey
You'll transform your understanding of nutrition by blending evidence-based therapy with functional health concepts. This program helps you look at health from a holistic viewpoint so you can design personalized interventions that create lasting change.
You’ll graduate ready to excel in various roles, from private practice and education to health care and community outreach. You'll gain the advanced knowledge to address the unique physiology of every individual you serve.
A holistic approach
This 36-credit-hour program focuses on how body systems work together. You'll explore nutrition, gut health, sleep, stress reduction and movement. You'll learn to identify the underlying factors that contribute to health problems rather than just treating symptoms.
