Weight Room Orientations

Our complimentary tour of the cardio and strength equipment within the Student Recreation Center is available to members and non-members. A fitness assistant will walk you through the facility and discuss the description of machines, muscle groups being worked and demonstrate proper technique.

The orientation will be up to one hour in length and can be scheduled around your classes and work. To schedule a tour, contact the administration office, located in the Student Recreation Center.
