Waivers

Waiver applies to nonresident tuition, reducing the amount to Texas resident tuition rates.

Eligibility

Eligible students are those who are:

nonresident faculty or the nonresident, dependent children or spouse of faculty
and employed at least half-time on a regular monthly salary basis by any Texas public college or university.

Faculty and their dependents are not required to enroll at the same institution listed as the employing institution in order to receive this waiver.

How to apply

Complete the Faculty Waiver Form.

If the faculty member is employed at SFA, submit this form to the department head.

Otherwise, mail the form to:
