- Noon drop for owing past-due balance. Any unpaid past-due balance amounting $200 or more will result in your being dropped from all of your registered courses.
Dec. 16
- Short-term loans begin. You must have a payment plan. Visit the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarship's Loans webpage for more information.
Jan. 4
- Financial aid posted to student accounts.
Jan. 9
- First installment for your payment plan is due
- $25 Late Installment Fee charged if installment is not paid by this deadline.

- Reinstatement Fee begins. You'll be charged $50 per credit hour if you're re-registering for a course from which you were previously dropped. Full payment must be made for reinstatement.

Withdrawal refund schedule
A student officially withdrawing from the university is eligible for a refund of tuition and certain fees according to the following schedules:

Dropped course refund schedule
A student dropping one or more classes but remaining enrolled (taking more than zero hours) is eligible for a 100% refund of tuition and certain fees according to the following schedules:
- Full Spring: On or before 5 p.m. Jan. 27
- Spring I: On or before 5 p.m. Jan. 17
- Spring II: On or before 5 p.m. March 16
Refund dates for withdrawal or dropped courses may be modified at any time without prior notice in order to comply with state and federal guidelines.
