Official university publications: Any individuals communicating by print or electronic means on behalf of the university, or in their capacity as a university employee or representative, must submit their design request online for approval through University Marketing Communications. Examples of printed/electronic materials include brochures, flyers, invitations, handbooks, newsletters, program announcements, advertising and publications for intercollegiate athletics. All letterhead, envelopes and business cards must be printed by the Graphic Shop.
Once your design is approved by UMC, their team will provide the appropriate documentation for you to include with your order request to the Graphic Shop.

Design services
$45 per hour with a one-hour minimum.
- Cost applies to new designs and corrections.
- Total cost and turnaround time are estimated according to your project's specifications.
- Plan ahead and contact us to make an appointment for discussing your project needs.
Need it quickly? Projects that need a turnaround of three days or less may be subject to a rush fee. When applied, the rush fee is 100% of the total cost, not to exceed $100.

- Standard: $1.50 per inch
- Roll-up banners: $185 flat fee (includes design, print and carrying case)
- Replacement material: $1.20 per inch
