Acting Certificate

Are you a non-theatre major interested in acting? Perhaps your passion for acting comes from childhood experiences or in middle school or high school productions, clubs or camps. If so, the acting certificate is designed for you!

This certificate allows undergraduate students who may be pursuing a degree outside of theatre and the performing arts to continue nurturing their acting training.

Skills acquired from the acting certificate complement requisite expertise in most professions and qualities enhanced through the study of acting include:

• confidence in public speaking and presentation
• creativity
• collaboration

• and empathy.
