Theatrical Costuming Certificate

This certificate allows you to specialize in studies related to clothing design and production as they relate to theatre, opera, film and television.

The theatrical costuming certificate is a great opportunity for:

• those who aren't currently seeking a degree but may choose to pursue one in the future
• students who are filmmaking or fashion merchandising majors (or similar) who wish to pursue a career in a costume field
• and post-secondary education teachers who:
  1. work with drama clubs and UIL
  2. and are trained in areas other than theatre costuming.

Theatre majors are eligible to earn this certificate after they've earned their bachelor's degree.
