Public advance written notice is provided in accordance with Texas Government Code Chapter 551. SFA Charter Board agendas are posted on the front door of the school's administrative office. Agendas and minutes are posted on the website as a courtesy.

The Office of the General Counsel has been designated as the public information coordinator responsible for processing SFA's public information requests.
