Dining

One of the most important things you can do is commit to your health. Whether you are looking to eat healthier and more balanced meals, have food allergies or require a special diet, we have something for everyone.

Allergen Safe Zone

Our G8 station located in Eatery on East and Food Hall 1923 provides menu options that are prepared without peanuts, tree nuts, fish, crustacean shellfish, eggs, milk, soy, wheat or gluten. Our culinary team is dedicated to offering minimally processed, fresh meals made from single-source ingredients without hidden additives or seasonings! The station has dedicated equipment, and our culinarians are trained in food allergy awareness and can assist with any questions or concerns.

Meet with our campus dietitian

We are strongly committed to providing healthy, balanced choices for our diners. Should you have a food allergy or specific dietary need or simply need help learning more about healthy eating, we encourage you to meet with our registered dietitian, Marie Jessup, to discuss your needs so we may work to accommodate them to the best of our ability.
