Nutrition and Special Dietary Needs

We want to help you stay healthy through great food and beverage choices. That’s why you’ll always have plenty of fresh produce, whole grains, lean proteins and low- and non-fat dairy choices.

You also have:

  • Calorie-conscious choices
  • Freshly prepared meals
  • Vegetarian and vegan choices
  • Accommodations for special dietary needs or food allergies
  • Local ingredients, when possible
  • Gluten-free choices

Located in the Student Recreation Center, SFA Dining Services' registered dietitian is available by appointment for a free consultation if you’re interested in learning more about healthy eating or developing a nutrition plan to accommodate a food allergy or support your fitness goals. Consultations are offered in-person and virtually.
