Risk Management

All University-owned buildings and contents are insured through the Comprehensive Property Protection Program (CPPP) administered by The University of Texas System. Coverage is provided through the Fire and All Other Perils (AOP) program or the Wind and Flood (W&F) program. Most SFA property claims are covered by the Fire and AOP coverage, subject to a $500,000 deductible.
