There’s no better place to study forestry than the Texas Forest Country. The SFA campus is surrounded by more than 12 million acres of forest and timberland, which means you’ll have plenty of opportunities to get out of the classroom and participate in a wide variety of transformative, hands-on learning experiences. You’ll graduate with the knowledge, skills and experience you need to find a rewarding career in a variety of settings.

As an undergraduate forestry student at SFA, you can choose a concentration that aligns with your specific interests and career goals. SFA offers a Master of Science and a Ph.D. in forestry if you decide to continue your education and pursue an advanced, research-focused degree.
