Dr. Pauline Sampson is the chief administrative and academic officer for the Graduate School and chief advocate for grants and research. She is the primary contact for policies, compliance, reports, audits, strategic planning and undergraduate research.

Micki Gunter is the primary contact for graduate faculty membership, graduate curriculum, graduate council, graduate student awards, thesis and dissertation, and policies.
B.B.A. – Business Administration
Letitia Hamilton is the primary contact for Banner fund setup, reimbursements and invoices for sponsored projects, and financial reports.
M.L.I.S., M.A. – Library Science, English/Speech Communication
Jennifer Hanlon is the primary contact for grant procedures, proposal and budget development oversight, effort reporting, project and budget revisions, contract and subaward development, proposal and budget development (AHEC and SFA Charter School), award orientation, and post-award technical assistance and workshops.
M.B.A. – Business Administration
Beverly Morehouse is the primary contact for proposal and budget development, funding sources, PIVOT, online grant applications, grant post-award setup, award orientations, and pre-award technical assistance and workshops.
B.S. – Agriculture/Biology
Amanda Romig is the primary contact for compliance for grant projects, human subjects protection, animal care and use, responsible conduct of research, financial conflicts of interest, export control, subaward monitoring, and compliance technical assistance and workshops.

Tamara Story is the primary contact for graduate studies admission questions and data processing and performs clerical and routine duties for the office.

Sherry Tucker is the primary contact for application and contract processing, database maintenance, faculty research grants and minigrants, workshop logistics, website and Facebook maintenance, and general technical assistance.
Tierney Twigg is the primary contact for graduate studies processes and procedures, including admissions, policy development and maintenance of graduate student records. She also facilitates open communication between graduate studies and department advisors.
