Digital humanities is the intersection of digital technology and the humanities. It enhances and transforms traditional humanities scholarship through digital means. Scholars are now able to use advanced technology to communicate and conduct research within the humanities. On its own or coupled with a traditional master’s degree, our digital humanities certificate provides you with a competitive edge as you conduct research, further your education or progress in your career.
Our graduate certificate in digital humanities offers students, scholars and instructors working in academia, cultural centers and/or museums essential technological skills to conduct research and disseminate information. The interdisciplinary certificate in digital humanities fuses technological competencies with established research methods in the humanities. Students pursue 12 hours of graduate-level coursework designed for students hailing from a wide variety of fields.
