What is Camp CTL?
Camp CTL is a free, fun-filled, three-day, come-and-go event designed to give faculty members fresh ideas for enhancing learning in both the physical and virtual classroom.
This year’s camp will include:
- workshops on a range of teaching and learning topics and technologies
- one-on-one assistance with course design and Brightspace
- collaboration with colleagues and CTL staff.

Embark on a heroic adventure filled with enchanted workshops, legendary panels and a grand midday banquet fit for sages. Hone your skills and unlock new powers in teaching and learning.
How to Register
To register for quests and/or for lunch, submit this form. You will receive confirmation emails (with calendar invitations and Zoom links) for the sessions you’ve selected.

When is Camp CTL?
Camp CTL 2025 is scheduled for the following dates. Mark thy scrolls:
- Aug. 13-14: Virtual Realm (online sessions)
- Aug. 18-19: Hybrid Kingdom (choose your path: in-person or online)
Camp CTL is held yearly around the second week of August.
What types of sessions are offered at Camp CTL?
The CTL team is dedicated to offering sessions in a variety of modalities to provide the greatest level of access. These include:
- Hybrid - these sessions will be simultaneously delivered in person and via livestream/Zoom.
- Livestream - these sessions will be delivered via Zoom. To attend, complete the appropriate session registration form for each session (linked in the schedule below).
- Face-to-face - these sessions will only be available in person.
