Online auction sales
Surplus property is available for purchase at the Public Surplus online auction website. The successful bidder will be responsible for removal or pick-up of item(s) purchased. Removal must occur within ten business days after notification of award of the winning bid. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up, no exceptions.
State and federal surplus property
The Texas Facilities Commission oversees the State Surplus Property and Federal Surplus Property programs. This surplus property is available for purchase by any state agency. To order state or federal surplus property, submit a requisition to procurement and contact Kay Johnson, ext. 4037, for more information.
