Lumberjacks GROW (Guided Reflection on Work) is a program provided by the Career Center to help you feel more confident and prepared for your professional journey. You will do this by engaging in meaningful reflection, attending Career Center’s various career development events and meeting with your assigned career coach for an individualized coaching session.
This program takes about 3 1/2 hours across one semester to complete. By participating in this program, you’ll not only leave with the confidence to tackle your next steps, but also earn official Lumberjacks GROW swag and a certificate of completion.
Steps for completing Lumberjacks GROW
- Fill out the Spring 2025 Interest Form
- Attend the Career Wellness Check Presentation
- Attend one Career Center workshop and one career fair
- Schedule an appointment through Handshake, SFA's online career management platform, and meet with your assigned career coach
