The Camp Program provides general liability and accident coverage to participants and staff of enrolled, SFA-owned and operated camps held throughout the year. This coverage includes day camps, overnight camps, on-line camps and camps involving minors. The Camp Program provides insurance coverage in accordance with UTS 192 Youth Protection Policy (Section 4.6). Certain high-risk sporting activities are excluded from coverage.

Please visit the UT System Office of Risk Management Camp Portal to begin a new camp insurance application or to review a previously submitted camp insurance information. Single Sign-On authentication (SSO) is required to access the UT System Portal.

Camp Directors: Please notify the Office of Risk Management at least 7 business days prior to the start of the camp. It will take at least 3 business days to receive a certificate of insurance.
